You agree to use ReceiptRush only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all content you upload and activity that occurs under your account.
ReceiptRush offers subscription plans (monthly/yearly). Payment will be charged to your iTunes or Google Play account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall ReceiptRush, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
